WELCOME CLASSMATES

This my blog.  I like to play basketball but I want to share somethings about the importance of sport.

There are a great variety of sports you can practice outdoors.  Men and women used the various natural resources for their recreation.  Sport is not a privilege of rich people.  Sports are convenient for everyone specially for those who work indoors and don't hve an oportunity and to get enough physical exercise.

There are meditation exercise for example:   Take a confortable position,close your eyes and begin to relax each part of your body,from your toes to your head.  Slowly, very slowly inhaling and exhaling.
